About:
I’ve been playing in the kitchen and experimenting with flavours for over 10 years now. I still remember the day I exchanged my birthday watch for a bright red kitchen aid. My interest in food science took me to culinary arts school- Northwest Culinary Academy, and I now work as a pastry chef. At first, I just dabbled in chocolates-bringing them to parties and giving them away as Christmas gifts, but my obsession has morphed into more than just a hobby and I’m excited to share my creations with you. When I’m not day dreaming about potential chocolate combinations, you’ll likely find me rock climbing or building furniture for my cats.
Crimp & Crumb chocolates are handcrafted with love in East Vancouver, BC. I only use high-quality ingredients – including ethical couverture chocolate. My packaging is also 100% recyclable and plastic free.
As both a person and a brand, I support LGBTQIA2+, BIPOC, Black, and Indigenous communities and rights. Please do not contact me if you or your company does not support everyone’s human rights. I am eternally grateful to be living and working on stolen land of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh peoples.
