Where is pick up?
Pick up is at 1823 East Georgia or 1245 Glen Drive in East Vancouver
Do you ship?
Yes! I’m happy to ship during the colder months to Canada and the US. If you plan on shipping your chocolates yourself please let me know in the comments section of your order, I’ll pack them appropriately. Occasionally there’s a glitch with the shipping checkout process, if it claims it won’t ship to you, try closing the tab and trying again. Your shopping cart should still be there.
How do I store the chocolates?
Store chocolates in a cool dry place away from sunlight and other direct heat sources. Do not store in the fridge or they will lose their beautiful shine. Around 16-22C is ideal.
Do you take special orders?
Yes! We offer smaller boxes of 2 and 4 for parties or wedding favours. We’re also open to other custom orders! We can also accommodate larger corporate orders. Send me a message through the contact page.
Do your chocolates contain gluten?
Yes, some of the chocolates do contain gluten. A box can usually be made without gluten ingredients but please note that they are made side by side to their glutenous flavours.
Everything is SOLD OUT!? When do you have chocolates available?
At the moment, chocolates are available a few weeks before each holiday- Valentines day, Easter, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we have partnered with Zipply and now offer next day delivery to Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, Kits, Richmond, Coquitlam, and Surrey. If you need same day delivery, send me an email and we may be able to accommodate.
What is the shelf life of the chocolates?
Our chocolate boxes are made without added preservatives. They should be eaten within a month of receiving them. Each box will come with a best before card as a reminder!
